For two decades, Tom Cabrerizo has been a driving force behind income-producing properties throughout South Florida. His successful acquisition and ownership of nearly one million square feet of commercial space and over 5,000 residential units is the cornerstone of a portfolio that led to the formation of CFH Group in 1998. Since that time, Mr. Cabrerizo has been actively involved in building one of the country’s most experienced property management teams. In fact, today’s CFH Group employees represent some of supervision, and all other aspects of real estate property management. In support of the management division and the real estate portfolio at large, Mr. Cabrerizo founded Paramount Depot and Paramount Nursery in 2005. With the addition of these two in-house resources for building and landscape materials, CFH Group is positioned to continue offering superior value and convenience as an industry leader.
Tina K. Faulk | Vice President
Serving as the executive leader for CFH Group’s northern residential region, Tina Faulk brings 30 years of multi-family expertise to the team. Ms. Faulk has a proven track record of producing extraordinary results for more than 1,500 clients and organizations in the real estate industry on a global level. Prior to joining CFH Group, Ms. Faulk was the Regional Vice President of Pinnacle’s East Region for 10 years. Ms. Faulk earned her CPM® designation in 1992 from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and holds a Florida and Georgia Real Estate license as well as various industry licenses including LCAM® and COM®. She graduated with honors from The University of Tennessee, and holds a BFA degree. Ms. Faulk’s direct involvement in policy direction, strategic business planning, client relations, financial & personnel management, research and development of company initiatives will contribute to the continued success of the CFH Group organization.
Gliset Perez | Regional Vice President
With over 25 years of extensive hands on management experience in the multi family industry, Gliset Perez has contributed to the development of the team and effectively helped structure and refine our management plan. Her valuable knowledge of the industry can be attributed to her previous employment at Gannon Management where she held several leadership roles and supported thousands of apartment homes for over 20 years. Gliset leads the south region of CFH Group which includes overseeing the development of several community operations, implement initiatives and strategies to maximize resident satisfaction, financial performance, and company profits.
Because profitability is always a top priority for the properties under CFH Group’s management, Jim Kennedy is there to assure that every dollar is spent wisely and effectively. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Florida, and as a former CFO, Controller, and Senior Accountant for numerous real estate development companies, Mr. Kennedy is highly adept at recognizing financial opportunities and overcoming financial challenges when it comes to CFH Group’s large portfolio of residential and commercial properties. During the five years that he has worked with CFH Group, the company has become an efficient and fiscally responsible business … traits that will continue to contribute to the company’s success in years to come.
Nathan Vedrani | Director of Acquisitions
Nathan Vedrani has overseen in excess of two billion dollars in commercial and multi-family acquisitions, financing and dispositions for CFH Group and affiliates over the past six years. In this pivotal role, Mr. Vedrani provides in-depth underwriting services, handles negotiations with lenders, brokers, sellers, buyers and attorneys. Prior experience as a broker for Marcus and Millichap and as a financial analyst for Fidelity Investments affords Mr. Vedrani a keen understanding of both sides of the real estate transaction, enabling him to maximize value for all those involved.
Ivan Fuentes | Director of Operations
Ivan brings a unique perspective and a vast array of experience to the CFH team. He has managed operations in the manufacturing industry for over ten years and is a State of Florida licensed Realtor and Mortgage Broker. Most recently, he directed the condominium conversion operations of approximately 10,000 condominium units in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina and he serves on several HOA Board of Directors. Currently, Ivan oversees the management of the commercial portfolio for CFH Group, and he manages the residential and commercial master insurance programs and the Real Estate tax appeal process.
